[There's a pause as Quark sets up his tablet, but he turns on the video so that Dumpy's the main focus (and Quark's face pointedly out of view). Sad or not, there's no way he's going to keep Rhys from seeing his robot son!

At first it seems like he's going to keep quiet for the whole interaction, but after Rhys and Dumpy have had the opportunity to talk for a couple minutes he timidly speaks up.]
